Episode Overview

Nineteen-year-old Amanda, the daughter of merchant Madsen, is contemplating escaping from her family's vacation. Meanwhile, Madsen finds himself in conflict with a local after accidentally running over some chickens. This season introduces Fie, an 18-year-old new kitchen maid who quickly catches the attention of the hotel owner and is elevated to a higher position. This unexpected promotion sparks jealousy in one of the other maids, who becomes determined to sabotage Fie's success.
