Gregg and Chris face a challenge with the Booth family in Lancashire. Jenny, the mother, insists she always shops with a list and makes an effort to take advantage of buy-one-get-one-free offers. However, her husband Howerd's tendency to make spur-of-the-moment purchases leads to a growing grocery bill. The couple hopes to cut £40 from their weekly food expenses to save for a much-needed extension to their home.
