Episode Overview

Three skilled shellfish specialists from Louisiana, Maine, and Hawaii go head-to-head with Alex Guarnaschelli in a high-stakes cooking competition. In the first round, they select the ingredients for both themselves and Alex, hoping their choices will provide an edge. Will their selections help them outshine the formidable Chef Alex, or will she dominate the round? After one chef is sent home, the remaining competitors move on to round two, where they have the opportunity to win up to $15,000, but only if they can triumph over Chef Alex.
