The F-16 Fighting Falcon is assembled through a highly coordinated production process. On the factory floor, workers begin by joining the forward and aft fuselage sections, then carefully install the wings, tail, and landing gear. Technicians route miles of wiring and hydraulic lines before the engine is mounted and tested. Avionics and cockpit systems are integrated next, followed by radar and weapons systems.
